Ameripolish® 3D HS Hybrid Silicate Densifier is a top-tier concrete treatment designed to significantly enhance the strength and longevity of concrete floors. Dilution & Coverage:

• Ready to Use: Ameripolish® 3D HS is supplied as a ready-to-use product. Do not dilute or mix with other chemicals.
• Coverage Rate: Approximately 300-500 square feet per gallon (7.4-12.3 m² per liter), depending on surface porosity and application method.

Application Methods:

Polished Concrete Method:

1. Initial Grinding: Grind surface using up to 200-grit resin or equivalent.
2. Surface Cleaning: Remove dust and debris with an automatic floor scrubber and allow to dry.
3. First Application: Spray 3D HS in overlapping circular motions. Spread evenly using an Ameripolish® Microfiber Pad, keeping the floor wet for 15 minutes. Avoid puddles.
4. Additional Grinding: Grind with up to 400-grit resin bond or equivalent.
5. Optional Application: Apply a light additional coat if needed.
6. Cleanup: Wash tools and unprotected areas with fresh water before the product dries.
7. Polishing: Polish to the desired grit level and apply Ameripolish® SR²™ or 3D SP™ for enhanced protection and appearance.

High-Speed Burnisher Method:

1. Initial Cleaning: Auto scrub the surface with clean water.
2. First Application: Apply and spread the densifier while maintaining a wet edge. Allow to dry.
3. Burnishing: High-speed burnish with an 800-grit diamond impregnated pad.
4. Second Application: Apply a second coat of densifier.
5. Further Burnishing: Burnish with a 1500-grit diamond impregnated pad.
6. Final Protection: Apply Ameripolish® SR²™ or 3D SP™ as per instructions for final protection and appearance enhancement.

Cleanup:

• Quickly clean tools and spills with soap and water before the product dries.

Storage:

• Conditions: Store upright in a safe, dry place at temperatures between 40-105°F (4-41°C). Avoid freezing.
• Safety: Keep out of reach of children. Seal the container after use. Do not mix with other chemicals.
