DIRECTIONS
1) Shake gently before use.
2) Always test in an inconspicuous area before use.
3) Apply to wax free or coating-free, clean surface with a low pressure sprayer, grout applicator, or brush.
4) Dries within one to two hours. Allow to cure for 24 hours before use.
COVERAGES
Will vary depending on width of grout lines, porosity and absorbency of surface as well as desired protection: Ranges from 300 to 2,000 square feet per gallon.

Advantage Solvent Penetrating Protectant
What we love about Advantage is that is can be used on carpets, upholstery and many hard surfaces including grout. No need to wipe away if you get it on the tile....it dissipates when not being absorbed. Most important is that it works!!!!!!!! When offering protectant, I offer 2, Commercial Scotch Guard or as an upgrade, highly recommended product we offer Advantage. If they decide they want protectant they choose Advantage.

A few days after applying Advantage a contractor left dirt on this cream & baby blue chair. With GM standing there all I did was hit the areas and dirt fell off. We just looked at each other and smiled!

Clean Advantage was a joy to use
Dave said “Try a gallon” so I bought a case. It arrived quickly and well packaged with no leaks. I like the idea of a solvent based protectant that DOES NOT ADD MOISTURE to a freshly cleaned carpet, but I do not like the usual solvent smell that forces customers out of the home for a few hours! I applied protectant to 2200 square feet of commercial glue down carpet using an electric sprayer, while my helper brushed it in. We covered the entire area, halls and rooms in about 20 minutes. I could not smell any odor whatsoever. No trace, no dizziness, nothing. The carpet felt a bit slick for a little while, but quickly absorbed the Clean Advantage and seemed to be rapidly drying. Going in and out of the building clears the nose, but even so, no odor. If you are looking for something that won’t run customers out of the house or office, I recommend you switch to this great product.
